Servicing and Calibration

Our comprehensive Palintest Service is all-inclusive, with
no hidden costs. When you opt for an instrument service,
here’s what you can expect:

  • Visual Evaluation: Our technicians carefully inspect your instrument and its components to identify any issues.
  • Thorough Cleaning: We perform both internal and external cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Software Upgrades: Any required software updates are included to keep your instrument up-to-date.
  • Calibration Check and Re-calibration: We meticulously check and adjust calibration points, ensuring accuracy.
  • Full Testing: Each instrument undergoes rigorous testing to detect any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Necessary Repairs: All required repairs are completed as part of the service.

Repairs are covered under the service, but if your instrument is beyond repair, our team will discuss your options.

Warranty Coverage

Palintest stands by the quality of its products. We offer extended warranty coverage to provide you with added peace of mind. Our warranty ensures that our goods will be free from defect in material and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase.

To activate the warranty coverage, your instrument must be registered with Palintest, and it must undergo its first annual service either by Palintest or a local Palintest authorised service centre.

Safety Data Sheets

Safety Data Sheets, also known as material safety data sheets, MSDS or SDS, are documents which contain information about the safe supply, handling, transport and use of chemicals. All Palintest reagents are accompanied by safety data sheets to ensure safe management of our products.

We use an electronic system to generate safety data sheets to ensure that you always have access to the latest and correct information.
